Title: Bug with non-standard code regex replacements
Platform/Software Version: SVR.JS 3.4.36 or older, 3.10.2 or older
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install SVR.JS
2. Add non-standard codes (either both with regex property, location having regex and scode set to 301 and without, or with  regex property, host property and scode set to 301)
3. Start SVR.JS
4. Try to visit a website for which redirect applies.

Expected Behavior: Redirect is OK
Actual Behavior: Broken redirect

Fixed in SVR.JS 3.10.3 and in SVR.JS 3.4.37 LTS!
