Title: Blacklist not working
Platform/Software Version: SVR.JS 3.5.x, 3.6.x, 3.7.x (discovered in 3.7.4)
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install SVR.JS
2. Start SVR.JS
3. Type "block 127.0.0.1"
4. Access localhost with web browser

Expected Behavior: Block screen
Actual Behavior: No block
Additional Information:
Affected versions also wipe blacklist from configuration file

Bug fixed in SVR.JS 3.7.5!
